This is a brand new, painted gloss black, replacement unit never mounted front fender, it does come painted black. We also sell custom airbox covers & rear fenders. The cost of labor and material to paint the unit in primer is included in the shipping and handeling fee. All Items are made in high quality hand laid fiberglass, these are not mass produced cheap and flimsy units, they are thick and better quality than factory.
