This is a brand new, painted in denim black, replacement unit never mounted rear fender. The unit does not include the bike or light! We also sell custom airbox covers & front fenders. The cost of labor and material to paint the unit in primer is included in the shipping and handeling fee. All Items are made in high quality hand laid fiberglass, these are not mass produced cheap and flimsy units, they are thick and better quality than factory.
